I write two email newsletters: THE FEELING and MORE FEELING.

THE FEELING is a free weekly newsletter about wellness, relationships, happiness, feelings and emotions, health, healing, pleasure, self-help and self-care, mindfulness and meditation. I send it out most Fridays/when I feel like it.

MORE FEELING is the longer, weirder “bonus episodes” of THE FEELING, and is more about me, and my life, and what I’m into: the self, identity, therapy, home, love, marriage and relationships, friends, dogs, work, writing, makeup, skincare, style, design, girl culture, pop culture, celebrities, gossip, books, TV, you know. This one is private/for paid subscribers only, and goes out every Friday afternoon.
